Our Story

PrairieWoods Farm is a USDA Certified Organic farm in Sulphur Springs, Arkansas, proudly serving the Northwest Arkansas (NWA) community with fresh, organic produce year-round. As the first Certified Organic produce farm in Benton County and a long-standing vendor at the Bentonville Farmers Market, we are dedicated to growing and selling all 52 weeks of the year.

Since 2019, we have focused on sustainable, regenerative, and minimal-till farming practices, working in harmony with nature to nourish the soil, protect the environment, and provide healthy, farm-fresh food. Our philosophy is rooted in soil health through minimal tillage, cover cropping, and strong organic soil biology and nutrients.

Both Certified Organic and Certified Real Organic, our farm uses no herbicides or pesticides—instead relying on natural deterrents like ladybugs and Neem oil. PrairieWoods Farm is committed to ending food insecurity in Northwest Arkansas, providing the community access to clean, nutrient-rich, and locally grown produce.

Jeremy Baranauskas

Founder & Operator

Jeremy started PrairieWoods Farm with a single acre and a big vision. What began as a small plot has grown into a thriving, diverse farm producing nearly every vegetable you can imagine. His hands-on passion for growing good food and his deep connection to the community are at the heart of everything he does — from nurturing the soil to sharing the harvest with his neighbors.
